A HOSPITAL GRIEVANCE & RESPONSE

19 DAYS LATER, THE FINALIZED REPORT WAS CHANGED.

A forehead injury was added to the anatomical diagram.
New information was inserted into the body of the report.
The changed report was labeled an “ADDENDUM.”

WE ALLEGE THE CHANGES FALSIFIED THE ORIGINAL FORENSIC RECORD.
We have photos, CPS documentation, and text messages to prove it.

THEN CAME THE TESTIMONY.

Under oath, Dr. Lamb testified she could not recall making errors in her report and described the changes as addendum information.
